Everywhere your data has been — and everywhere we've taken it down

Data brokers collect your home address, phone number, age and your relatives' names, package all of it, and sell it to anyone who pays. In most of the US that is legal. Almost nobody agreed to it. Handling it by hand means finding every site that has you, learning its opt-out form, proving that you are you, and waiting — and a few weeks later the same record is back up and you start over.
ClearNym takes that loop off your desk. Find the listings, remove them, watch for the ones that return. That is the whole product. No upsells built on fear, no credit offers, and every removal we file is visible in your dashboard.
THE PROCESS
We check 493+ data-broker and people-search sites for listings that match your name and details. The scan is free, so you see your exposure before you pay for anything.
We file opt-out and removal requests for you. Clear-cut cases run automatically. When a match is ambiguous, someone on our team reviews it by hand, because removing the wrong person's record helps nobody.
Brokers repost data every few weeks. ClearNym rescans the sites we cover, files the removal again when a listing comes back, and logs each attempt with a status you can read yourself.
LEGAL FOOTING
Our removals rest on law, not on a broker's goodwill. If you are covered by the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) or by another US state privacy law, a broker has to delete your personal data once you ask, and we hold them to that. For every site we cover we also use its own opt-out route, which often works faster. Where the GDPR applies, we rely on it too. Legal footing is also what keeps a removal standing when a broker pushes back.

Yes. ClearNym is operated by ClearNym Inc., a company registered in Delaware, United States. We publish our business address, phone number and email, and our removals rely on US privacy law, not on a broker's willingness to cooperate.
We collect only the details it takes to find and remove your listings, we send them over an encrypted connection, and we never sell your data. Every removal we file shows up in your dashboard with its current status, so you can check the work instead of taking our word for it.

Yes. Every broker has to offer an opt-out, and you can work through them by hand for free. ClearNym exists to run those hundreds of separate processes for you and to file the removal again each time a broker reposts your record, so nobody has to track all of it manually.
